Donkey Sanctuary Devon

One of the most famous locations in east Devon is the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth, which is open every day of the year from 09:00 until sunset and offers free admission and parking. Obviously, the Donkey Sanctuary would appreciate any donation you make would be gratefully received.

You can spend time with the donkeys, who really do appreciate the attention they are shown, there are number of walks through the grounds and a nature centre for more information about the wildlife which flourishes in the grounds of the sanctuary. Beyond that are the Hayloft restaurant, with some delicious local delicacies and the visitors centre which explains all of the important work which the sanctuary carries out.
